This the most famous tourist spot in Kodaikanal, which is very close to the property, very well known for row boats and pedal boats which can be hired at the Kodaikanal Boat Club. Horses and bicycles can be hired beside the lake for short periods. It's a great place to take an evening walk too.

The Indian Institue of Astrophysics opened this observatory in 1909. This place is located in scenic Palani hills. The Solar Observatory has captured beautiful images of sun's visible colourful spectrum. Kodaikanal Terrestrial Telescope can view a grand panorama including Sothupparai Dam, Periyakulam and Varaha river.

At Pillars Rocks, you can see three granite boulders that are standing vertically shoulder to shoulder amidst untouched packets of dense rainforests. This is the best place to spend relaxed time with your friends and family. Close to the pillars, there is a beautiful garden where you can find a wide variety of flowers blooming.

Berijam Lake is located about 23 km away from the Kodai bus stand, it is one the most popular tourist spots in Kodaikanal. The lake with its refreshing setting and lush greenery around makes for an amazing picnic spot. It requires a forest pass for entering the area.

This picturesque lake is an absolute path to paradise. Drive to the lake is equally enchanting with eucalyptus and pine trees surrounding the road on both the sides. The place has rich avian fauna also said to have few of wild animals which can be spotted once in awhile here.
